Douglas County, Colorado Sheriff Office Public Safety Advisory Committee (PSAC)
Douglas County, Colorado Sheriff David A. Weaver formed the Public Safety Advisory Committee, a group of volunteer citizens of Douglas County, Colorado, to act as liasons between the Douglas County Sheriff Office and the Douglas County Citizens.
Their function is to advise Sheriff Weaver and the DCSO of concerns of the citizenry and to disseminate information to the citizens by direct communication with them at forums including Home Owners Association Meetings, monthly articles, and attendance at business and political group meetings throughout the county.
We "Officially" meet once a month for updates and insight into the concerns and operations of the DCSO.
