When I first became aware of and overcame my learning disorder at 28, I began to chase information ingestion as quickly as I could. Making up for lost time in learning requires trial and error in seeking out the best teachers who cut out the extraneous rhetorical abundance and get right to the point. Not always easy to find, I remember at that time, "Someday, I'll produce succinct hard hitting "starter" seminars for people with limited time, to learn a little bit more than the basics of subjects, giving them an opportunity to explore their future interest in a subject on their own, if and when their curiosity was ignited.
